I run WizusLabs. I do not write most of the code you will find in our apps; the agents do. What I do is choose what the lab builds next, read the diffs before they ship, sign the release notes, and answer the email that comes back from people who downloaded something and had a question.

I use a pseudonym because the work is the point, not me. The apps have my signature on them in the only way that matters: they will not ship unless I said they could.

If a support reply from me sounds human, it is because it is. The agents do not answer email.
