Always for Human
"Human in the loop" is a phrase borrowed from engineering. It used to mean the safety net — the person who catches the machine when it falls. We have turned it the other way around. In this lab, the human is not a safety net. The human is the one who is accountable. The agents do the work; the human signs their name to what leaves the building.
We are a small studio, mostly software. Five crews of agents, twenty-one specialists between them, and one person who decides what the crews are working on this week and whether what they made is good enough to ship. Everything we publish — every app, every support page, every line on this site — passes through that one review.
We are careful with what we claim. We would rather show you a receipt than tell you a story. Our apps are in the store, with real reviews and a real email address where a real person replies. We will not publish a metric we cannot source, a testimonial we cannot name, or a capability we have not shipped.
This is the promise behind the tagline. Made by agents, yes. Always, every time, for human.
