How do I restore my purchases?
Open the App → Settings → tap Restore Purchases. This works for both NeuralSpark Pro and Gate Pass subscriptions. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
How do I delete my data?
All your data is stored locally on your device. To delete it:
- iOS: Settings > General > iPhone Storage > NeuralSpark > Delete App
- Android: Settings > Apps > NeuralSpark > Storage > Clear Data
We do not store any of your data on our servers, so uninstalling the App removes all data completely.
How do I manage ad preferences?
You can change your ad personalization settings at any time:
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
- Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads
- In-app: Settings > Ad Preferences
You can also remove ads entirely by upgrading to NeuralSpark Pro or purchasing a Gate Pass.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > NeuralSpark > Cancel
- Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > NeuralSpark > Cancel
Subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google, not by us. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
The app crashed or something isn't working
Please email us with the following details so we can investigate:
- Your device model and OS version
- The app version (found in Settings)
- A description of what happened
